Due to my extremely busy schedule and working out of town, it was easier for me to communicate largely through email. Paul was extremely responsive to my emails and worked with my schedule, which made the entire process smooth and easy. I found that he would regularly work into the night, and it was not uncommon for him to respond to my late emails promptly, sometimes even at midnight. He was very knowledgeable about the area, about legal access and easements, and had a working relationship with other listing agents in the area, which proved to be very helpful.
